Scientology leader David Miscavige and his minions in OSA spent 20 years trying to protect the now-convicted serial rapist Danny Masterson. This effort failed as will all of OSA’s efforts to prevent the truth from being told by Scientology’s victims.
L. Ron Hubbard’s sadistic and institutionalized practice of Fair Game calls for Scientology to launch vulgar and slanderous attacks on people in order to distract public attention away from the continuing human rights abuses, financial predation, and other harms and injuries to persons and families caused by the Church of Scientology.
At this time, the Church of Scientology leader David Miscavige has ordered a rampage of Fair Game. He is doing this in a futile attempt to distract from the three current and intractable problems he has. These problems are so absolutely beyond the point of no return that all Miscavige can do is to rage and foam in his well-documented cyclonic hysteria.
David Miscavige’s first problem is Leah Remini’s lawsuit which names Miscavige, RTC, and the Church of Scientology as defendants. Leah’s complaint cites several causes of action including defamation. The evidence on defamation is overwhelming and was indisputably created by Scientology.
David Miscavige’s second problem is the criminal conviction of Scientologist Danny Masterson. The Church of Scientology played an implicit role in covering up for Masterson for 20 years and failed in LA Criminal Court when Masterson was convicted.
Miscavige’s third problem is the success of SPTV channels on YouTube. Spearheaded by Aaron Smith-Levin’s enormously successful Growing Up in Scientology channel, SPTV is a decentralized, growing, and informal association of former Scientologists many of whom are 2nd Gens and even some 3rd Gens.

David Miscavige cannot stop Leah Remini’s lawsuit. He will try to do so, but he will fail.
